Traccar server logs corupt

I am trying to troubleshoot connecting Digital Matters Yabby to Traccar and when I check the logs it looks like Chinese or foreign characters.
Restarting the server did not work.
How can I fix this to see logs to figure out the port for the Digital Matters Yabby?

What are you opening it with? Notepad?

yes, notepad. I opened it earlier and looks fine. but now is unreadable.

Yeah, don't use Notepad. It's terrible. Use something better like Sublime or at least Notepad++.
