Traccar Service not launching (Error 2)
It means that it can't find Java. Have you restarted your server after installing Java?
I have not been able to turn the server on to be able to restart it. I have restarted my computer between, and the checked that Java was correctly installed via their website.
After installing Java on the server you have to restart it.
How do I restart a server that doesn't start in the first place...?? I restarted my computer doesn't that do the same thing? Java was installed before I installed traccar. The computer was restarted after the java installation and after the traccar installation.
I was talking about computer. If it has been restarted after installing Java, then everything should work. If not, I guess there is some problem with Java on your machine.
Do you have any solutions or suggestions?
I would recommend to re-install Java. Try full JDK.
When I go to services to start the Traccar service I get a message pop up which says:
"Windows could not start the traccar service on Local Computer
Error 2: The system cannot find the specified file"
I downloaded it from the download section of this page and have tried uninstalling and trying again but it is still not working.
Advice?
