I am using gpswox server software. They are using Traccar server. I first installed their software in my own premises server but then transferred to AWS. The problem is that now when I shut down my previous internet with static IP on which the server was hosted, my software stops updating locations in my new server. Even though it is completely transferred to new server with new Ip. GPSWOX people can not understand.
Can anybody please help me. Why tracking service stops due to shutting down my previous server internet on my new server?
