Unknown device, after deleting it for one user and creating it for another.

Shouldn't happen if the device exists. Have you tried restarting the server?

1. Are you using the latest official release without any modifications?
2. Can you please provide a screenshot of the device with id.

Don't really have any ideas then. But I would recommend upgrading to the latest version.
