After upgrade from 5.6 to 5.7 i noticed problem with live tracking...
After few days I stop getting live update on traccar map. Cars are online, ignition is OK, but location is 15-30 mins old. Map is refreshing every cca 15-30 mins (I get history if Teltonika has memory, if it is old model with no memory I don't get history for this 15-30 mins).
If I restart traccar service I immediately get good location.
Server is Debian 11 x64 with 4 vCPUs and 16GB of memory (used 2GB), all devices (8 pcs) are Teltonika (FM1100, FMB120, FMB910, FMB920).
I rollbacked to version 5.6 and I don't have problem. I upgraded server manually (copy-paste all folders but conf and templates).
Unfortunally I didn't keep logs before rollback to 5.6.
There shouldn't be any significant difference between the two versions.
Without logs or some way to reproduce the issue, we can't really help.
OK, thank you. I will try to upgrade next month again. Do you have maybe any idea what to pay attention to?
Logs is the main thing. Also check network connections, CPU and memory usage.
After update I am also facing problem of live tracking. I think it is a time delay that is why I am not tracking at exact place. Tell me how to resolve this problem.
