My server doesn´t receive none of the data from my tracker, I already followed the quick start guide and read some things at the blog but I still have some doubts about it. I conected my mobile device at Traccar and it worked normally, with a response in the log but I didn´t get a response from my tracker in the log. I already tried in the Traccar demo and it worked normally with the port 5001, the same happened in some GPS tracker paids. My tracker is GPS 311-C, also called TK311-C. Can you, please, help me? I would appreciate it! Thank you for the attention.
Meu servidor não recebe nenhum dado do rastreador, eu já segui o guia rapido e vi algumas postagens no blog porem estou com dificuldades.
Eu conectei meu celular normalmente no tracar e deu certo com o log respondendo, mais no caso do meu rastreador eu não tenho resposta alguma.
Eu tentei a demo do traccar e deu certo assim como alguns alguns serviços pagos.
Meu rastreador é GPS 311-C ou TK311-C, alguém poderia me ajudar por favor ? Desde já obrigado.
If you followed troubleshooting guide you should have an idea where the problem is. If there's nothing in the log, it means that server hasn't received any connections from your device, so either device or network issue.
