We have realised that randomly some devices show a previous date and time, and also the wrong location, and it keeps changing from the correct information to the wrong information (date, time and location)
We've detected it on over 30-50 devices; all other devices are working normally, but suddenly one or another appears with this issue.
In order to fix it, we have to delete the device and add it again, and everything works perfect.
Is this some cache related? Do you know how we can fix it?
You should check raw data in the logs to see what those devices are sending.
