I like the topo and hybrid maps and that I can see my position and my hunting dogs route on the same active map. To save battery on my phone the Traccar server page is only open short periods. The dogs positions in between are not shown on the active map when I turn it on again. So then I press the replay button to get a detailed route. This is presented on another map where I can't see my own position. This makes it difficult to place myself on the exact trace of the dog. Better if the detailed trace is presented on the active map where I see my own position, either automatically or by pressing the replay button.
I believe it is possible to track several dogs at the same time with Traccar, each trace presented with different color. It had been very useful also to have historical traces shown on the same active map to locate hotspots. As a general solution I would like to be able to define and clear new routes on the active map. Parameters to each route are device, start and end of period and identifyed by unique color of trace on map. If end of period is in the future this is an active route that should be updated continously when server gets new positions.
I would be very happy to see something like this implemented.
