There's no acceptance process. You should be able to start translation immediately.
They write they have sent a letter to the project owner and they should approve me
I've never had to approve anyone and we have more than a 100 people translating. What's you username there?

I've sent an invite, but I don't see any requests. I'm pretty sure you can just join and translate.

1 Minute after you added me I got a mail that I now was accepted.
So now the web and the 2 apps are 100% translated. Will they be added to next release or do they need proofreading first?
It should be included in the next release.
How long time does it take to be accepted as translator? My clients complain that there is a lot that is not translated to Swedish and when I check 64% is missing and I want to fix that.
