Ubuntu Server using 100% cpu

As per my research it is a genome service daemon, any ides how to stop it or remove it.

I am having traccar server on ubuntu 20, from last one day my machine is consuming 100% cpu. I have very little knowledge abou ubuntu but on running htop different processes ar using cpu. Please confirm how I can remove those process which are using resource.
