Unable to create manager user in traccar 3.11

Hi,
I am also facing the exact same issue.
I have tried your solution by not selecting any box in permissions but I am still getting "admin/manager permission required" when I am trying to update the "notificationsToken" in api/users using logged user credentials.
If I call this api using admin credentials, it's working perfectly fine.
Any suggestions on how to make the logged user "manager" of its own account.

I have installed traccar 3.11 in Linux VPS. From admin account I want to create a user that can modify their Geo Fence and alerts. I have read in the User Management documentation its possible "Manager" user but I am not able to create it. If I select "Readonly" a normal user is created without options. If I select "Administrator" I grant all the privileges, including modify or delete the Admin account.
I'm probably doing something wrong, can you help?
