Unable to see my device

Dear Anton,

I am paid user of Traccar.
I have got my server deployed by your team.
I have went through all the threads of the forum for configuring Chinese devices.
I have added the device in web portal.
Below is the configuration for the Chinese device send via SMS

Reply: BEGIN,CONFIG OK

Reply: ADMINIP,CONFIG OK

Reply: APN,CONFIG OK

No Reply.

I am still unavle to see my device in server

IMEI of device:355488020977520
Identifier entered in server: 088020977520

Kindly guide me on how I can access tracker-server.log file

It's a regular text file.

If you can't open a text file, you probably shouldn't try to run your own server.

Dear Anton,

My server has been deployed by you and your team.
I dont have any remote access to the server
except: http://139.59.68.111

If I am unable to get remote logging. How do you expect me to open the text file?

Sorry, I missed that point. I have checked the logs and your device is using H02 protocol, so correct port is 5013. Device id should be 355488020977520.

Dear Anton,

Just received mail from support@traccar.org

I have no access to the log file.
So even if you have done a remarkable job in building traccar, I would seriously request you to kindly read the post before insulting people on forum.

I had clearly mentioned that I am paid user of traccar and the server is deployed by you and your team.
That's why i was asking of how to access the log file

Keep up the great work that you are doing with Traccar.

I'm sorry, but I can explain the confusion. We provide variety of services, including deploying Traccar on customer's own servers. In which case it's a one-time installation fee and customers manage server on their own after that. That's what I thought you meant. Please next time make it clear that you are using server subscription.

I rectified the port number to 5013,

Unfortunately The device is still not being showed in the server
