update tracker devices since the data base

Hello, I have the updated positions of my devices in the database, but the server does not update and I can not see the live crawl, my devices do not have the application, I can only get the position, is there any solution to this? Thank you

Direct database update won't work. You need to push data via one of the protocols.

and where can I find documentation about how to implement the protocols? Does the api provide any service?
