I get this error in the admin account when I check the devices that of the end users is all good

How do I do that on the screen? There is no option on the console, how do I do it?

You can do it directly in the database. Or if you have another admin account, you can edit preferences from there.

Hi Anton, I get this same error when try to see my devices:

TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'name')

This error occurs when linking a device, which belongs to a group, to an user that is not linked to the group. Is this behavior correct?

If I linked the user to the same group that the devices belong to, the devices listed normaly.

Thanks for the screen. I had to unlink the groups and devices from the master account and then link them again.
