Updating 6.3

I updated traccar server from 5.9 to 6.3
In version 6.3, does this have image uploading future for user's avatar
Now, it does not work well.
So I want to know this problem.

I build server and then I copy tracker-server.jar and lib folder in target folder and paste these in traccar project.
right?

Downgrade to TracCar Server version 6.2 and stop there onwards, as the Google Map API is needed and is no longer free to used.

Version 6.3 and 6.4 Notification does not work as well as Google Map too.

Then it is advisable to update for the time being to version 6.2

Notifications work just fine. Google Maps do need an API key now, but they were never free. It was always a paid service by Google.
