Upgrade Traccar from 3.12 to Traccar 4.8
If you are new to Traccar, where did you get the version 3.12 from?

Anton traccar 3.12 was installed and project was setup and created by earlier developer. Now he is not with us and i need to upgrade from version 3,12 to the latest traccar version.
Please guide me what changes that need to be done.
