After upgrading to 3.11 I read the documentation about user management. I found that the account settings in my screen are different from the one in the documentation. What can I do do get my screen as it is in the documentation?
OK. Found it.
I was logged in as a user. Logged in with default admin/admin login and set my user to get admin rights.
