With a relatively slow movement (a few km/h), position reception seems correct, but as soon as the speed increases above approximately 20 km/h, positions are received every 10 seconds (at very regular intervals, so I don't think it's a network issue).
Of course, the distance intervals then become much too wide (for example 10 seconds at 50 km/h = 140 m), compared to what I wanted when I set the Fastest time interval to 2 seconds ( = 28 m at 50 km/h).
Server v.6.7.3, and Client v.9.4.1 with those parameters:
Location accuracy: highest
Distance: 1
Stationary heartbeat: 300
Fastest interval: 2
Offline buffering: on
Wake lock: on
Stop detection: on
