What should I do if my device sends literally nothing to the server?
My coworker found this HEX format: 0——0XFFFFFF （0——16777215), from instructions, but I'm not sure if it even matters. I haven't found such code in protocols file.

Despite pointing my device to the right IP, it sends nothing to my server, not even a hex code, so I can't know it's protocol. The device is turned on.
Does it mean it's incompatible with Traccar? It's name is "BY-M2", but it is so obscure googling gives me nothing.
