Is it possible to send notifications from WhatsApp, similiar to Telegram?

There might be some services that provide an API for it.

Thanks, I just pinged our contacts @Twilio, perhaps they have a service for it.

We now have a WhatsApp Business API enabled number from Twilio.

Any guideline/documentation how to use it for notification?
