Why can't the user's preferences settings be synchronized?
That's just how it is currently.
I have upgraded from v5.3 to v5.4 and my admin account preference is still intacted. Did not revert back to default seetings.

I upgraded to V5.4
When changing computers or browsers, the user's preferences settings all revert to their default state.
This is very annoying and requires setting new preferences settings for the user on each computer or browser
