no, it's not in garage or covered parking, is it outdoors on the road I upgraded the system to the latest version, however it hasn't solved, really has nothing missing to enable in the configuration files?
My installation is like this:

Traccar: Version 4.6
Operating System: Ubuntu Server 16
Database: Mysql
