Accuracy is basically the radius in meters. Lower value is better. But zero could also mean we don't know the accuracy.
Hi. With the new Traccar Client (v10) is the accuracy value sent to the server still a radius in metres (specifically the iPhone version)?
Is it provided by the OS or do you calculate it from a raw hdop figure or similar?
I ask because with the Accuracy set to Highest and open sky I'm seeing some values greater than 20.
It should be in meters. Note that when you select highest accuracy, it doesn't necessarily mean that you will always get it. If GPS is not available, the system will still provide a location, but less accurate one based on cell and WiFi.
Hello,
Could you please explain what the accuracy means on an update, is higher better or worse and what is 0?
Thanks
