Alarms not being recognized

Andre a day ago

Hi,
I'm having a hard time to implement a cut power alarm/event for my FMC130.
From what I understood:

  1. create computed attribute for Alarm
  2. when triggered this shows up in events
  3. create a notification based on this event

The power attribute is recognized properly and test in computed attributes works:

However in events I don't see any alarm show up I would have expected to see the "lowBattery" alarm.

Thanks in advance for any help !!

Have you assigned the attribute to the device?

You can use io252 on Teltonika for powerCut and powerRestore

Another way is to enter the model name in the device specifications.

No and I think you have given me a crucial clue here.

So I tried a few things.. not sure if it this is the idea ?

I read about the io252 approach but in principle my above check should also work right? just two methods to detect the same thing, right ?
But still not working.. so put the attribute name as I did ?! still a little confused about the logic.

That's not how you link things. You should click on the links button in the devices list.
