andriod log file

I have other application that is installed on my smart phone. I want to make it read the location from tracar logfile.
so where I can find it ?

If you are talking about unsent buffer. It's stored in the database. You won't have access to it without root permissions.

Traccar Client doesn't store it on the phone.

What do you mean by any way? Of course there is a way. Someone just had to implement it in the code.
