API to send messages to Whatsapp not working properly

Alvesxviia year ago

Hi folks.

I'm trying to use multiBot_v2.5 to send messages to Whatsapp. Unfortunately I could not manage to make it work along with traccar. It's sending messages from URL via GET. But I'm not geting the messages reporting events. I was wondering if it's working with latest traccar version (5.1.1) wich I'm using.

I tried disabling other notificator types (web that came as default) leaving only sms, but still didn't work. My device is up and running generating positions and I get a log of events, but there isn't alerts being triggered.

I already tried the button "TEST CHANNELS" from the SMS option, but I get nothing on the server side.

What could I posible be missing here? I'll let below some printscreens attached. Thanks in advance.

First of all, there is no version 5.1.1 of Traccar. Not sure where you got that number from, but it's not correct.

As for the notification configuration, what is the API? Where's the documentation? Please provide a link.

I am using traccar version 5.4 with a simple version of whatsapp API that was published a long time ago here in the forum (Whatsapp notifications api for traccar). It would be interesting to see the API that you use to see what the problem could be.
