My device sends different messages for position and device information (e.g. ignition, battery). The list of devices in the UI keeps on showing the battery and ignition icons next to a device and then removes them depending on the message received.
Is there a way to cache the last battery level and ignition status if the new message does not have that information?
Yes. Check attribute copying configuration parameters.
