In Traccar 5.8 I noticed that when selecting the type in the graph report, now it shows options that before it did not, it seems to me that it depends a lot on the information sent by the gps. This is expected? is there any configuration where it can be configured and that only shows the previous versions of Traccar.
The problem is that the titles are not easy to understand for the common user.

It is expected. We show all attributes there. Feel free to create a feature request ticket if you want it to be configurable.
