Connection Timed Out - CentOS new installation

Hello,
I'm new to Ttaccar and just finished installing it on my CentOS server.
I installed Java first and then installed the Traccar.
I started the server and the process is running.
But, when I try connecting to port 8082 of the server it doesn't open anything and shows connection timed out.
The firewall is totally opened
The configuration is the default.
The version we use is the latest on the web-site

The application is running but with netstat I see that port 8082 isn't listening.
Any ideas?

If you are using default configs it should be open. You are missing something.

I have no idea. One of this that you said must be incorrect, but I obviously have no way to know which one.
