I would recommend checking this:

It's throttling. Server subscription might work better if you need high rate because there's no forced throttling and the limit is average between all devices.
Got it, thank you! I will switch to a Server subscription.
One other follow-up question: the server was tracking points every 150s until 05:07 PDT on Friday, at which point it stopped tracking until 12:57 PDT. At 12:57, it started tracking points every 150s again. Do you have any idea why the server would have received no data for nearly 8 hours? The iPhone was in and out of service, but Offline Buffering was set to "on". I unfortunately don't have the Client logs because I couldn't physically access the iPhone until a day later.
Mobile app tracking is never as reliable as hardware trackers. Both Apple and other phone manufacturers kill background apps very aggressively.
Hello -
I am running Traccar Client 10.0.7 on an iPhone 17e and I pay for a Tracking Account. I have the following settings on the Client:
I've noticed that the server registers points every 10s (as expected) beginning at 12:00 UTC, but once it's logged approximately 2000 points (i.e. about 5.5 hours) it defaults to tracking either every 150 seconds or every 180 seconds. Is this due to a default setting on a Tracking Account? If I wanted to continuously datalog every 10s, do I need a Tracking Server account?
Thank you.
