Device online but no record of your positions
Why is that a problem? It's pretty common for devices to connect and not send any location.

Hi guys,
In the traccar web interface I have a device that is online with today's date 2021-01-20, but the latest report is with yesterday's date 2021-01-19. I have checked the log of the traccar service but there it does not indicate that it has received positions from that device for the date 2021-01-20.
How can I solve this problem, thank you.
