Device sends data but does not appear online

Hi Traccar community,

I have a GPS tracker with device ID:

866777070156720

The device is sending data to my Traccar server, and I can see the following messages in the Traccar logs:

The device does not appear online in Traccar.

I tried configuring the tracker for:

• GT06 → port 5023
• H02 → port 5013

but the device still does not appear online.

My questions

1. From these packets/logs, can anyone identify whether this tracker should use ?
2. Which Traccar protocol/port should I configure for this device?
3. Is there anything unusual about the packet format beginning with:

*HQ200866777070156720

1. Why would Traccar receive and decode the packets but still show the device offline?
2. Is there a specific H02/GT06 configuration or command required to make this tracker maintain an active connection?

Any help identifying the correct protocol and port would be greatly appreciated.
