Error adding device to demo servers

I am getting error if adding new device through web app or traccar manager app on android.
This is error message: Write access denied - SecurityException (PermissionsService:116 < *:123 < BaseObjectResource:69 < ...)
That is also response from browser network console. It posts to http://demo3.traccar.org/api/devices. Returns status code 400 with the same message
I tried on demo and demo3 servers. It is the same.
