Error in state last update

Hello implement the server traccar and until now it works barbaro. Only since yesterday I stop working and update the time since the last report
I got stuck in 5 hours ago, although the device is online

checked the logs ... the device sends the information with the time, 5 hours ahead. I set the time zone to the team but it keeps coming like this. The server takes it and shows it in the State with the correct schedule.
But you see that in "last update" it takes the original string.

I don't understand the issue.

Time in "State" panel is reported by device. Time in "Devices" panel is server time.

While the server was with the correct time, the time zone did not (sync disabled)
This adjustment corrected him.
