Events and Notification issue - not receiving notifications

I configured events and notifications through user attribute. However, I am not receiving notifications on the right side of screen in the events icon for both web interface and Traccar Manager App.

What I did:

• I set up web notification.
• I added geofences (Setting – Geofences)
• I added notifications (Setting – Notifications). These notifications include geofences entered/exited, ignition on/off, status online/offline and device moving.
• I linked the geofences and notifications to the devices (Setting – Devices)
• I see the report of all events set up (Report – Events). This means events are generated.

Any way to troubleshoot this from user side?

Have you tried other channel types? Have you tried testing web notifications?

I have not tried other channels other than web.

I have configured web channel and it is not working.

In the documentation, you mentioned "...Web notifications are displayed as toasts and are also available in the events panel on the main screen:....".

However, web notifications are not available in the events panel.

As I said before, I can see that notifications got generated in the report-events.
