Feature Request: Allow users to choose Light/Dark mode independently

Hello Traccar team,

I would like to suggest an improvement to the web interface regarding the Light/Dark mode.

I'm currently using Traccar 6.16.0 and I noticed that the Dark Mode setting is not available as an individual preference for regular users. It appears to be controlled at the server level or through the browser/OS environment.

It would be very useful to allow each user to choose their preferred interface theme independently, for example:

• Light
• Dark
• Automatic (follow the browser/OS preference)

For example, on the same Traccar server:

• User A could use Light mode.
• User B could use Dark mode.
• User C could follow the system/browser preference.

This would be especially useful when a Traccar installation is used by multiple users with different preferences. The administrator could still define a default theme for the server, but individual users could override that default without requiring administrator privileges.

Ideally, this could be implemented as a user preference in the Preferences/Settings section, with the following behavior:

Theme:

• Automatic
• Light
• Dark

The selected preference would be stored for the individual user and synchronized across sessions/devices, rather than being dependent only on the browser or operating system.

I believe this would improve the user experience without changing the existing server-wide configuration behavior.
