how can I disable geocoding?

Check documentation please.

Or try a different geocoding service. The one you are using is rate limited lower than Traccar is processing transactions. Configured in the traccar.xml file

I have nothing about geocoding in traccar.xml file.

I tried <entry key='geocoder.enable'>false</entry> In traccar.xml and still gets the same error in server log

@Tony Shelver I didn't do any changes to traccar.xml after fresh install other than choosing mysql. my server version is 4.15 and documentation says geocoding is default in this version.

where can I try different geocoding service ?

@Anton Thank you for you support, I got it fixed after one more restart (I think traccar.xml edit did not take effect on first restart)

One restart is definitely enough, so you probably didn't restart the first time.
