help with notification

Is there any way to create a notification, for example, device offline for 24 hours. If it's not possible, could someone point out where I can start analyzing and understanding how it works for the server to see the trigger? I saw that there are those in the notification and notificators folders. Grateful!

We have an option to set device inactivity notification. Not the same thing is offline, but probably what you're looking for.
