How can I enable Teltonika UDP protocol?

Hi Anton Tananaev,

I have been installed traccar for a week that is worked great as aspect. Thank you for a good job. I need to enable Teltonika UDP protocol to my traccar server since they will be integrated to my previous gpsgate server. Gpsgate has their feature UDP forward so that they should be get them by traccar together.

I have enabled UDP for Teltonika. Here is a new build:

Hi Anton,

Thank your for urgently help. The device can not negotiated with Teltonika udp protocol, so that I captured them to here. Please let me known the way to correct them.

It looks like there is no easy way to enable UDP. I read through the documentation and the protocol format is slightly different for UDP communication channel.
