how i set overspeeding period?

in config file mention:

event.overspeed.notRepeat
If true, the event is generated once at the beginning of overspeeding period.

how can i set overspeeding period??

It's not a fixed time period. It's the period of consecutive speeding.

did you mean: i can set more than speedLimit attribute for on devices?

You don't set it. I don't even know what you mean by setting consecutive speeding. It's based on the information that's coming from the device.
