How to open hidden client on wifi tablet?

I have the hidden android client installed on my tablet, it works perfect as expected. The tablet is wifi only and does not have a phone dialer capability or application.

After closing the hidden app, how can I open it again since it's original "device setting" icon is gone, and I have no dialer?

Did I miss something?
