I want the phone to send location constantly, and it sends it whenever it wants. It's like it's asleep and wakes up whenever it wants.
Sounds like you should be checking the app logs, not server.
Which setting tells when to forward the device, why in my case it draws in one direction and stops there and doesn't show me the return route... and it still stays offline?
