I'm trying to put the jc181 in port 5263 but I'm not getting a response
What protocol is your device using?
The protocol is supposed to be JT808. I'm using port 5015 but there's no response. I understand you've already tested it with the Jimi JC181.
I'm confused. You said you were using port 5263 before.
Also I hope you followed the standard troubleshooting guide already, so please provide those details.
I tried both ports 5015 and 5263 but it doesn't connect to either of them.
I found this in the log
2026-05-07 01:09:45 INFO: [T8fece80f: dualcam < 86.54.31.36] GET / HTTP/1.1\r\nAccept-Encoding: identity\r\nHost: 193.187.129.166\r\nAccept: text/html,application/xhtml+xml,application/xml;q=0.9,*/*;q=0.8\r\nUser-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/41.0.2228.0 Safari/537.36\r\n\r\n
If you don't see anything in the logs, you should first follow the troubleshooting, as I said earlier. Only once you can successfully connect your device, we can start discussing video streaming. So far your issue is completely unrelated to streaming.
I already connected it to port 5001 as indicated in the guide, but it's not showing anything in the log.
And have you followed the rest of the guide? Please complete the guide and provide each step and results.
I managed to connect the JC120 and JC181 to port 5015, the tracking works but the video doesn't open.
Do you want to provide more details?
So it connects, shows the location, but the video doesn't load... I really don't know where I can get more information.
When I click on "watch video," it loads and after a few seconds gives a connection error.
Well, at the very least you should check logs.
Good day, regarding the JC181 dash cam, is it now possible to view the video in Traccar 6.13.3?
