Sometimes Last Update won't update for hours. What cause this and how one can fix it?

check log file for errors, warnings and filters (maybe some filters have bad configurations, show config file)

What does this error means?

Do you get WebSocket error in the web app? If yes, why is it not mentioned in the original post?

Yes i always get websocket error in the web app.
