While observing trip report, we are getting minus values in distance field.
After checking of a database values I came to know sometimes we are getting mismatch in serverTime and deviceTime, This mismatch can be of several minutes, several hours or sometimes several years as well.
We applied filter for future date but for historical dates how we can prevent that kind of scenario ?
Device is sending past dates sometimes and sometimes it is working fine, Can you please help me in this case ?
- Negative values in trips
- Previous dates in devicetime field
Please provide HEX samples for the messages with incorrect date/time.
