No Data showing up for first device in DEMO

hi there, about 24 hrs ago I created a demo account, added my identifier, but still no data is showing up. On the client, I can see that the location is being updated under STATUS, so the client appears to be working. any ideas?

There was some problem on the demo server. I had to restart it. Please try again now.

I can see the data from your device in the database, so it should work.

OK, now it is working. I switched over to Firefox and its much better. Thank you! This is great!

Hi,
I have registered a device GT06N on 40.122.161.243:5023. My user id is "itsali" and device Identifier is "3**80208278" (masked). It does not showing the location of tracker but only receiving the device online/ offline status alerts. Is the issue with with device or with server?

I won't be able to help you without knowing device id. Most likely the issue is that your device doesn't send location data.

Device Id is 355488020823378 and device name is GT06N

Just checked logs. As I expected, your device doesn't report location.
