No Online - Offline notifications working since 6.14.X update

Hi! I can see, notifications since the 6.14.X are no working... must we do anything in the 6.14 update to get online and offline notifications working?

We are a group which consists in more than 100 users with installations and no one, when we change from 6.13.3 to 6.14.X get the online and offline notifications working...

They're disabled by default:
