Not tracking correctly

Anyone know if there is a client issue with the new update? Each device I have updated does not seem to track correctly at all. No speed updates and the device will be placed in random areas on the map.

The devices do not seem to update correctly, they are not reporting speed at all and at times appear to be completely off track on the map. If you need any more info please advise what you need.

For starters you didn't even specify if you are using Android or iOS. Those are basically two completely different apps. Secondly, you need to provide status messages, server logs, versions of everything and any other relevant information.

Sorry, this is happening on Android, app version 5.7. Installed on a Samsung device. This is currently on http://demo5.traccar.org/. I do not think I am able to check server logs as it is a demo server. I have not checked the status messages yet.

On your screenshot I can see accuracy 3.6 km which means it's a network location and not GPS. It can be inaccurate.

I have not changed any settings, where am i able to change it back to GPS?

You need to set accuracy to HIGH.
