Only one device is online among multiple same device.

Hi,
I am a newbie and Maybe I am raising a stupid issue, please pardon me.
There are 10 same devices added but only one among them is online.

I went through the troubleshooting steps but was not able to solve them.
To check, I added my smartphone using Android client app and it worked.

Pasting tracker-server.log in the reply.
Please help.

If you've already done troubleshooting, please provide details for each step.

Also provide details about your devices. Like what ports are you using? What are the device ids we expect to see in the logs etc etc.

None of this is from your devices, as far as I can tell. Just some random noise. One is a connection from a Safari browser, for example.

Went through Point 4 of the troubleshooting step and checked port, They are open.

All devices were working fine, 10 days ago our DB got deleted, and we added all the devices again but only one is working.

Point 4 provides you two different possible reasons. You already excluded one of the possibilities, so I think you should have your answer based on the troubleshooting guide.

Those devices were working fine, the problem comes only after the accidentally deletion of Database.
Does everything thing looks good to you in the log?
I can send you the complete log file via other means, only if you allow.

However, All devices (20-25) stopped working at same time.

The devices are responding via SIM command.
