What is the Traccar client? For what be is use it? It is necessary use it (with traccar) if I need know where my GPS (motorcycle, car, pet) via my smartphone, or only is to obtain the geolocation of my smartphone?

Traccar Client is used only to obtain the location of your smartphone. If you have a dedicated GPS device, you don't need it.
